The company has submitted several ANDA's to FDA to date, and received final approval for the first ANDA. Several ANDA submissions are under FDA review. Biokey's long term goal is to leverage its controlled release technology and its strong connections in North America and Asia for branded pharmaceutical market. The company has filed 15 patents with USPTO. All patents are related to once daily controlled release delivery systems for generics and branded new drugs.

Biokey, Inc. moved in to its present location at 44370 Old Warm Springs Blvd., Fremont, CA 94538 in February of 2006, with a facility of more than 28,000 square feet of floor space for office, R&D, manufacturing, packaging and warehousing. Building a GMP manufacturing facility completed. The facility has been audited by the third party and inspected by the Food and Drug Branch, State of California. The company is also positioned to take contract development and contract manufacturing projects in both drugs and dietary supplements.
